Floating university

The first scientific educational project of the Interdepartmental engineering centre – the expedition “Floating university of the Volga region” was realized in May, 2015. More than 120 students and young scientists of Nizhny Novgorod took part in the expedition. A complex of scientific researches on water pollution in the Volga river and Gorky reservoir, its bank reforming was carried out, lectures and workshops conducted by leading scientists from Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow, Obninsk, and Astrakhan were organized.
